About

I am a freelance solicitor practising in technology and commercial law.

At base, my role is to help lawyers reduce the stress in their lives.

I provide lawyers with extra time to attend to their needs and the needs of their clients. I really enjoy working with my customers and providing a high quality service.  It is very rewarding to be able to facilitate people to attend to those important matters that have been difficult to accommodate, be they business or leisure.

I am extremely interested in changes in the legal services market and advances in the provision of legal services through the use of technology.  I was working in a commercial law firm in Madrid in 2012 when I first came across Richard Susskind’s “The End of Lawyers?”.  I subsequently spent a lot of time reading about alternative legal practice models in the UK, Australia and the US.  This gave me the knowledge and ideas to start operating my alternative legal service.

On my return to Ireland in January 2013, I commenced working as a freelance solicitor.  Since then, I have been enjoying working on the highest quality and most interesting work in technology and commercial matters for Irish and international clients.
